The site was recently launched by The National Education Data Partnership, which includes Standard & Poor’s. In addition to comprehensive data, the web site also includes analytical tools and analyses provided by S & P. The service was designed to provide a common platform to compare educational data, to help identify effective practices and strategies to improve student performance, and to help educators and policymakers make more informed spending decisions.
